After careful consideration, I opted for a large and fresh “Orfos” fish from the show fridge which I shared with my companion. This fish dish is served with a choice of vegetables and I choose the jacket potato. To complement the meal, I choose a crisp white wine recommended by the waiter, who demonstrated a deep knowledge of the menu and its pairings.
